DON'T BUY SAMSUNG TV'S

Samsung TV's don't last and they are faulty. Woke up one morning to find my TV leaking, I thought this was a joke and when I picked it up only to find a sea of water coming out of it. I called a TV repairman and he said that the seal of the LCD had come loose or it wasn't put in properly or whatever. So I phoned the Samsung help number and when I told the story they basically laughed at me and said that someone MUST have put water init! Without even looking at the TV they then said I should take it to a place in Bedfordview and when my partner took it there they said they can't help... So where do I go now??? I bought the TV r years ago and I NEVER expected this!!! I have a lot of stuff from Samsung and I will now be trading them in! We also took the TV back to Game and they said it was a manufacturing fault! So could someonne kindly please help or I am going to the consumer tribunal!!
