Surround Speaker Cabling Insufficient

We recently upgraded most of our household appliances to Samsung and are currently looking at purchasing a new Samsung fridge, so it is safe to say we support Samsung products as good quality, we are also not the kind of people that regularly upgrades appliances. I am however very disappointed to find out that the cabling provided for the surround speakers is insufficient for my requirements and due to the little plug that plugs into the back of the system, know one including Liptronics is able to assist. In fact, some information you should be aware of, we popped into Audio Vision in Tygervalley yesterday afternoon and the very "arrogant" young gentleman who assisted us, told me they don't really stock much Samsung, when I confronted him about him implying that we had purchased inferior quality products, he told me it was the truth. The really interesting part is that Liptronics referred us to Audio Vision when we called them earlier this morning, to find out if they could assist us with the cabling issue we have. You guys seriously need to get your ducks in a row! And sort out your retailers!
