Samsung Xcover is not "tough" at all

Sorry Samsung but your Xcover is not what you make it out to be. Mine dropped of the couch, less than a meter and cracked. Then again out of my pocket and this is the result, with witnesses present. Please dont sell / market it as a "rugged" phone when it is not. I can assure you many other phones would be able to hold up to similair events and they are not even marketed as being tough. The service I have received from Vodashop also leaves much to be desired and no one is able to come back with answers or a solution. In simple english, I think you need to sort out these issues, sooner rather than later. Constructive criticism never hurt anyone.
