After purchasing a Samsung Galaxy Note in Dec. I have had to return it 3 times to TTS with faults, each time it was reset to factory defaults, it did not resolve the problem. I spent numerous hours on the phone and visits to TTS including 1 1/2 hours to JHB being put through to many departments. The Samsung Note was returned to be replaced on 14 FEB. I have had promises which have not been kept, calls not returned, I have no tablet, I need it for work purposes. I got an sms telling me the tablet was ready for collection, then phoned to say I was not to collect it they did not have it, the sms was sent so they would not be penalised, the job needed to be closed on their side. One week later I was told to come and collect it stocks had arrived it would definitely be at TTS on Friday 1 March. I went there again nothing, on phoning JHB again I was told by the same person who had said it would be definitely sent that the couriers had forgotten to collect my faulty unit in JHB and they could not send a new one until they had it. I am still waitng for the tablet, the promised phone calls. So much for buying a product which has local servicing agents. I am very disappointed.
