I also had to wait some time for my laser, but thanks to Warwick's sending me the supplier details in China, I found out that they were still assembling my machine. Because it was too heavy to come by air, it was shipped by sea (saving quite a bit). Now that it has been installed and is running perfectly, I am more than happy to recommend Perfect Laser as a supplier. They definitely went the extra mile on delivery and installation - even spending a whole day training my wife on the software - at no extra cost.

I understand some of the unhappy customers feel ripped-off, but I know Warwick will make good on his promises from personal experience.
