I am writing this to let you know that, as clients of yours we are very upset with the way that you have been treating us and handling our business.

Every time that we try to get ahold of you it takes from 3 to 5 days to get a response from you! Almost 2 months ago I was trying to get a simple response from you about the delivery date of the machine, I was very patient as you kept promising to get back to me day after day with an email regarding when we could expect delivery but you never did, eventually after almost a week of trying I had to physically drive to your premisis to get a ahold of you, to which I got a very nervous response and got a page waved in my face (which could have just as easily been emailed to me the day I had asked for it) showing me that our machine would be delayed by a month, which I assume was the reason why you were avoiding my calls and avoiding giving me a response.
I dont have enough space to write down all the Bull that this guy has given us
It has been weeks now This guys still has R20 000 deposit of ours and has not gotten back to us, I have heard that there are many other people in the same boat as us, HELP!
