Galaxy 3s is a heap of junk

I have had my Galaxy 3s for around 5 months now. From the start it has been a heap of unreliable junk. Reception is well below iPhone or BlackBerry, a fact I have proven time and again. In fact I no longer have reception at home which I have always had with other phones. In addition I know someone who had their Galaxy replaced with another only for the replacement to be faulty too. My phone constantly logs off the network for some extremely strange reason resulting in me having to reboot. Beware the screen is rubbish too and this phone does not do what it claims to. It is without doubt the most unreliable phone I have ever had. I fact given the reliability of the galaxy 3s and the backup you get, I will no longer consider buying any more Samsung products.
