Bad Service from installer of Elsat dishes

I purchased a new DSTV decoder to replace our old faulty one on 26/07/13. Inside the box is the free installation voucher for the dish. I contacted the Elsat call centre and gave them all the details they needed, and got an sms to verify this. Richard contacted me on Sun. 28/07/13 to confirm if he could come the following day. I told him I was unavailable, and that he could come on Tuesday. He said he would phone me Tuesday to confirm, which he never did. Tuesday morning we moved our furniture out the way for the technicians. I phoned Richard to find out what was going on, and he said he couldn't make it, he'd only be in the area again on Saturday and Sunday. I told him he could come on Saturday, as we are unavailable on Sundays. Friday I called him to remind him about Saturday. He said he couldn't make it himself, but would send one of his guys on Saturday at 10h00. Once again we moved the furniture for the technicians, expecting them to come, but no-one pitched. I called Richard, but left a message on his phone, then called the call centre, who said they'd try to get hold of him, or another installer to do the installation today. So far nothing. I'M DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED!!!
