POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE!!!

I reported a fault on my fridge in October or November of 2012. A technician (named Bright) was sent to my house 3 times to try and repair the problem after which he informed me that they could not repair the problem and Samsung will be exchanging the fridge. I was issued with a document from Faxsure Solutions and was told to take it to the store at which I purchased the fridge and they will do the exchange.
I issued the store with all necessary documentation on 01/02/13 and Vasu Reddy from the Samsung Store in Clearwater Mall immediately forwarded all the documents to the credit department for authorisation. I have since called the call centre 3 times trying to establish whether or not an RGA number has been issued and on all three occasions they informed me that it was not authorised yet and tried to call the lady from the credit department who is dealing with my claim and on all 3 occasions I was told she was not picking up her phone and that they will escalate my querie and get back to me and then that is the last I hear from them.

I am tired of phoning after Samsung. If my exchange is not dealt with a.s.a.p I will seek legal advice as I have had enough.
