I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an online purchase of a bed set placed on 07 April 2026, with reference number 8023983370. To date, the item has not been delivered, despite the fact that more than two weeks have passed since the expected delivery period.

I have made repeated follow-ups regarding this matter and have unfortunately been sent from one point of contact to another, receiving only empty promises without any clear resolution or delivery timeline. This experience has been highly frustrating and inconvenient.

I hereby request an urgent investigation into the status of my order and immediate confirmation of either the delivery date or a full refund if the item cannot be delivered within a reasonable timeframe.
