Today I went to Macro Silver Lakes to buy an Air Fryer and Microwave. In the microwave section a very helpful gentleman helped me and than took me yo the airfryer section.
The lady in this section was very unhelpful and unresponsive. I told her a few times that I was looking for an air fryer but not a big one as I am a pensioner living alone.
Eventually the gentlemen from the microwave department helped me with an Item.
The lady in at the air fryer department assure me that all the items was air fryers. I picked the Bennette Read Super Chef 6 to buy.
Well at home to my dismay I realised this was not an air fryer.
I will return this in the morning to your store and hopefully will be refunded in total without any problem. This is not the first time I had to deal with incompetent, unresponsive and untrained staff at this shop.
What a total wast of my time and energy. A ruined dinner, wasted time and petrol!! I will never use your shop again!!
