I had the misfortune of visiting Pick n Pay Hyper in Northgate this morning hoping to purchase a gas heater. I expected to find a variety of stock but to my dismay there was only one there which was a patio gas heater. Surely with the cold weather on our doorstep the buying department would be aware that heaters would be one of the more popular items being purchased especially at a Hyper store. Even the staff agreed that this was a disgrace and suggested that I contact yourselves with this complaint. Hopefully someone will make an effort to ensure that this situation is rectified.
