If you get a call to service your Kirby vacuum cleaner and are offered a pick up and drop off service, please beware. These guys are not authorised agents for Kirby (authorised agents are in Westville Durban) and will mess up your machine. I unfortunately handed over my R15K vacuum cleaner to them for a service... my working Kirby came back in a condition worse for wear! Be careful people, there are many sharks out there.
