On 7 January 2014 I've (Annemarie Potgieter) took in my Samsung camera that has a 3 years guarantee to Samsung Roodepoort. They booked it in and after several calls to them (0116757715) and emails from Hi-Fi Corp Kolonade (Shoba Naidoo) on 26 and 30 January 2014 to Rudolf, [Email Removed] still no answers.
Today is exactly a month and nobody is coming back to me. I left 4 messages for Rudolf to phone me and up to this moment, 9:10, 7/2/2014 he did not call me or send a mail to Shoba. Will they refund me on my camera??? Really, this situation is get out of hand due to the fact that nobody is
getting back to me with any answers why is the camera not fixed yet. My husband turn 60 on 28/01, it was my son's birthday yesterday and today my anniversary - NO PHOTO'S!!! Come on people this is unacceptable.
