Samsung can't even spell SERVICE let alone provide

Electronics and household app.

I have a double door fridge (2 months old) which is faulty and Samsung have agreed to do a replacement. The new fridge has now been delivered by Makro but Samsung have to remove the doors for it to fit in the house. The fridge is standing outside in the elements. Now here's the funny part. They will supply a technician tomorrow to remove the doors but they will not carry it inside. Samsung do not have a dedicated service centre for all those who thought they did have. Samsung contract out to fly by night electrical contractors who say the door seal comes out of the housing because the magnets are too strong. They say I as a 66 yr old pensioner must do it myself. I am sure the Samsung CEO doesn't have to carry his own fridge inside.
