Samsung is not replacing a damaged battery

After visiting 2 Samsung branches and 2 MTN service provider stores no one can replace a battery that Samsung has admitted is a defect. Online I read that any Samsung branch will replace the Galaxy S4 battery. Typical service in South Africa. Sell a broken product and not replace it. And if there is a waiting period then supply a loan cellphone.
