Utterly disapointed after loving my Garmin GPS

Electronics and household app.

I 'phoned in to Garmin and was told the new map update released on 27 Jan. 2014 made provision for the avoidance of all Toll roads.
I went in and had my GPS updated on Jan 31. To-day, 2nd Feb. I wanted to go from Randburg to Heidelberg (Gauteng) without passing under any E-Toll gantries.
WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! It took me the "normal" route, and under TWO Gantries.
When I returned I followed my own head, and went via Kritzinger Rd., Alberton, / Ring Rd. E., / R103. and I got home without passing under any more more Gantries..
Now I realise this is a bunch of s that we don't need (the e-Toll system), but I have always trusted my Garmin until now.
PLEASE, if there is something that will be corrected, PLEASE inform me.
I'd love this to have just been a mistake.
I had a TomTom for 5 years and this Garmin is infinately better, ... until this slipup.
I don't want to discourage people from using Garmin, on the contrary... I love it.
In my opinion Garmin should give the options of avoiding normal Toll roads, OR e-Toll roads as a separate option. I hope this is of some positive use.
