Always a pleasure to see her smiling face

Everytime I walk into user Susan is always smiling and welcoming clients with amazing efficiency.
Although there are others who seems to sit and get paid for doing absolutely nothing at all.. No phones get answered by the other two people who work there. The phones ring and ring if Susan does not answer them. It is rather disturbing to go into a work place where one person is doing everyone elses job. I heard that Susan has resigned. I definitely hope she has someone who respects her work ethics in her future employment. Thank you for being a lovely person!
