No customer service at all

Electronics and household app.

Took in our vacuum for a service/repair 28Nov2013, then heard nothing from anyone and couldn't get hold of anyone until mid Jan when I phoned head office and they organised a conference call. Even then it took another 2 weeks to just get a quote. When we told them we were completely dissatisfied with the service they came back with just a R300 discount on the repair, not even an apology. We had no vacuum for 2 months.
- Service center agents do not answer phones (go a head try call right now 011 675 7715)
- Smartcare center manager Rudolf was never heard from again after the first email
- Charmain from the Smart center who took our conference call seemed to have the same attitude as the rest of the staff at the center, completely disinterested in customer satisfaction (her brief pathetic apology was far from sincere)
-we were promised a quote in 3-5 working days, it took 2 full months and endless phone calls and emails from our side just to speak to someone
Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. We picked up the vacuum without repair today and will never buy a Samsung product again unless they can make an effort to change this complaint to a compliment.
