My mother handed in her Samsung Galaxy S3 at the smart care center Constantia park, on the 28th of December 2013, in order to repair her screen. They provided her with a quote and reference number, SA85962. Since then nothing has been done, only getting excuses and excuses why nothing has been done. I tried to contact the smart care center on my mothers' behalf and after trying 3 times, reverted to phoning Samsung call centre, reference number 7111868828. It's the 6th of January 2014, and my mother still doesn't have her phone back, and compare to other places, like ifix, they can do it within 20 minute. Seems like Samsung believes in no care attitude and ensuring the customers' repair is not done in sufficient time. I would like to know by when Samsung will repair the problem and not come up with excuses. Samsung definitely have no customer service and seems like in believing to assist the customer. It's not the first time I have experience the lack of assisting customers from Samsung.
