Refuse to Repair Internation Device???

I handed my tablet in at the Samsung Smart Care Centre (021 551- 5679) on Saturday 09/11/2013 to reload the software. The lady told me they don't repair Internal devices, I told her was not happy with that response... where do I go from here? They are a supplier of the product and they are recognised locally and internationallly. She spoke to the technician on duty and came back that they will try and quoted me for the cost of the repair, which I was happy with. Today a consultant contacts me to say they are unable to repair because it is an International device. That does not resolve my issue, surely it can be repaired even if they order the part from wherever???
I purchased this product 3weeks ago and have not even used the tablet, what a waste???
I sent an email to the Manager Riaan, waiting on his response.

SAMSUNG cannot even assist a client with their own product if based in South Africa???

Show me the logic in their response to my query???
