I purchased a laptop in Oct. Discovered it didn't have Bluetooth in Dec.
staff @ the CW store 1st treated me like an, it needed to be sent in, &they confirmed it was a manufacturing fault
We didn't want a a laptop back that had a manufacturing fault
Theysaid we could come in a get a new one for a similar price.
Once there they offered us a laptop for R2500 more, which I refused to pay, I said I just wanted a laptop like mine but with no fault. This was Sat, he said he would get back to me the Mon.By the Wed after emailing him &his manager still no response.
I tried emailing Samsung but couldn't get an address. Called the call centre, they refused to give me an email I posted on their fb page. They responded 4 days later.
Someone called me, to say they having stock issues so I must just wait. Didn't hear from them for a week & a half, even though I called them. A supervisor will call you back. I'm still waiting for that call. Posted on fb again, still no response! Eventually got a call today to say they still out of stock. Asked to spk to a manager, they'll try. 2 months without a laptop &no resolution or care from Samsung. Out of stock should not my problem if its their fault
