I purchased a Samsung MW6194ST microwave for my wife. The paint started peeling in the cooking cabinet.
I contacted Samsung and after much back and forth I was promised a new microwave.
The process started on 14 January 2013 and after many promises of a replacement I am still waiting.
The senior management seems to not give a damb and their switchboard is even worse. I have phoned in 4 times today and have been kept on hold at least 10 minutes per call, and still not got the person I am looking for.
Every week I am promised a new appliance because stock is arriving.
Are Samsung SA in difficulty that they can not even replace a microwave. Are their senior managment so poor that they can not attend to their clients and keep the promises made.
Must I look for a different brand
