Dont do bussnes and pay upfront

First time i bought n cdi kit from him and he said to pay him upfront and i told him that I am afraid that its a but he assured me and so i pay up front and that monday i got the kit no problem.january 2013 he phones me to ask about the service and i told him that i need n speedo to see that the kit works and he said that he have a speedo in stock and i need to pay upfront R2500 and the same story he then said u did not have any problems with the first one and so i payed the amount and until now, three weeks later, i did not received any speedo and he now cost my R29 a day just to phone and it rings until the voice mail and then he can only communicate through sms and then every day new stories, so please learn from me DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN AND CHRONIC ELECTRONICS!!!
