Speedo cable break before the 1st service!!!

I bought my wife a brand new MotoMia Milano from the Montague Gardens store. The sale process went smoothly and the service was great. But now the Speedo Cable breaks on 220kms!!! Did not even make it till the first service!!!
I went into the branch and spoke to Cedrick over 3 weeks ago, promises were made that I will get a replacement cable. After not hearing a single word I went back to the store (two weeks later) only to hear that nothing has happened since my original visit.
Another week has gone by and still no word from the store!!!
The after sale service is really bad. I've had 11 bikes (various brands) and never had this kind of problem before.
