Not good enough!!!

My previous Samsung phone was finally replaced and downgraded to a Samsung Chat on 23 October 2013. The reason for the new phone was because the first one kept losing signal and rebooting itself requiring the pin to be entered up to 4 times a day - irritating to say the least. The 'new ' phone also kept losing signal or just turning right off. It also refused to marry up to blue tooth. Seeing as the odds of 2 phones doing that is impossible, I have accused Cell C of bad reception only to realise it is the phone AGAIN.
I took it in on the 15th and phoned now for an update. Blow me down if it isn't being repaired!!! It isnt even 3 months old so why on earth is it in need of repairs already???
I demand to know why you are supplying such poor quality goods?
I would like a meeting with the manager to discuss a NEW phone for me
