Bad Bad service.. DO NOT USE

I placed an order with have2have on the 6th December 2013 and I still don't have my goods. They don't answer their stupid ticket system and when they do you get no help from some guy named SIMON. Do not buy from them if you want any type of service. They dont even have a call centre or contact number that you can phone.
Be warned... you buy from them and you wont see your goods.
