Poor Service / No Feedback

Hi All

Have2Have has provided me with terrible service, I have placed an order of a total of 4 items, two items were delivered but two were not and when I first enquired I was told they will arrive once it is delivered to there fulfilment centre. Two weeks went by and I logged an incident requesting feedback, received a ref number but no feedback, then logged another one but still no feedback.

I then logged onto there ticket system and all my requests are closed but one. I have listed my incident numbers below for have2have to use.
TFS-744057 logged on the 12th June, still open but no feedback.
HBS-224963 logged on the 10th June, closed and no feedback
ECY-751666 logged on the 30th June, closed and no feedback

There service is horrific.

They clearly not feel like clients are important, they take your money like a in the night, like a fly by night school and you never hear from them again.
