Order Placed for Electronic Goods not delivered

An order was placed with have2have for the purchase of electronic goods. The have not been delivered. The order status on the website reads processing. Sent an email to have2have regarding the orders received an automated response advising that they would respond to me shortly. Unable to get a response from have2have and no contact number available where I can lodge a complaint.
