What a Joke!!!

After numerous calls costing us loads of money to Samsung call center we still have not received any assistance with our broken fridge, Samsung promised for someone to be here on Monday to do a evaluation on our fridge they still have not called or come to see it, this problem has been persisting from last year August and still we have not been helped! For such a big name this company really goes the extra mile to ignore you!!!
Best customer service... what a joke!
