Appalling customer service

MMR electronics in 64a Pickering Street Newton Park PE Tel:0413650259 LG service centre. These people are giving me a runaround in giving me status of a repeat job sent in on 22-10-2013. After calling the shop number of times I decided to walk into their shop on 14-11-2003 to check for my microwave of which an assistant could not easily find in their workshop after locating it, still not done. This gave an impression that my appliance is not been attended to, but stored in one, forgotten room. Called the shop again on 06-01-2014, and it still was not attended to. This is the worst service ever and I am very disappointed in manner in which LG repair centre treats me.
