A month without any feedback..!!!

Electronics and household app.

To whom this may concern,

On 06/12/13 I took my Samsung galaxy S2 to the Samsung Care Centre in Boksburg.

Since that time I have not recieved one call from them giving me feedback of what is happening with the phone.

On the 18th of December I went in to find out what was happening with my phone. They told me that the Main/B and the charging unit inside the phone was the problem and that they had fixed it. Thereafter they said that the LCD screen was also damaged but according to me nothing was wrong with it.

They then told me that the LCD screen would be arriving on Monday 23/12/13 and it would be ready for collection on the 24/12/13. I then phone them on the 24th and I was told that they would come back to me that same day.

Since that time no one has phoned me or notified me about anything regarding my S2.

When I went to book the phone I was assured that they will be working right through the holidays.

The service and quality is apualing and there is a huge lack of communication.
