S4 overheat, always restarting, freezes

Samsung website is so useless, I took me the whole 30 minutes to locate their contact number, most African countries call centers are there except for South Africa. After 30 minutes I was able to find 0860 726 786 but guess what the number doesn't exist. I need help with my S4, it over heat often these days and also keep on shutting down, it freezes like there's no tomorrow. The sensitivity of the screen as well is bit slowly to respond. Is this normal?
