Don't use this supplier!!!

I ordered an item from them, they ask for payment before letting you know if there is stock! It took several calls (there is NO customer services) where I was told they are very busy, they will come back to me. I paid on the Friday, by the Thursday, I still hadn't heard where my item was. Finally someone called me back to inform me they don't have stock of this item!!! By then, I was over them and asked for a refund, which after a scathing letter, they did refund immediately.
Terrible customer service on the phone, no response from the website and no follow up! I will NEVER use them again.. a terrible experience!
