PATHETIC SERVICE

After trying to contact these people so many times - experiencing the same problems:
Staff at Liptronics picking up the phone and then putting it back down again;
Rude and obnoxious woman that answers all the calls once calling Liptronics - probably the same one as above;
Being put on hold for very long periods of time - over 20 minutes;

I managed to schedule two appointments - the second one was scheduled because they never pitched up for the first one which I had taken off work to be available for them for; and then ofcourse the second appointment was a no show as well... suprise suprise...

This is after I even spoke to their pathetic branch manager who is just as useless if not even more as still nothing has been done and no-one has bothered to call.

Fabulous service hey?!
