Washing machine - 4 weeks and still not repaired

So frustrated I cannot begin to explain.

Call Liptronics and cant get through for starters.
Machine been taken away twice already. First time they came it was the drain motor, then the noise was still there so the changed the drum motor, still same issue. NOW its the bearings... possibly. I would not know as I get no feedback at all.

Managers say they will call back but never do either. Other appliance repairers in the area wont help as they say that Liptronics need to carry on with this and fix it.
