Shocking quality of LED bulbs and NO feedback

Earlier this year I changed over from my halogen downlighters to Philips LED lights. Probably the biggest mistake I have made

Not only was it not as bright as the downlighters it replaced but the quality is very poor. It works on a dimmer module which also had to be replaced as it was not compatible.

After a few months to date, the lights started to flicker. It does not matter whether the lights are dimmed or not but the bubs will annoyingly flicker. Not only is this disconcerting when trying to watch TV but i'm sure it does have some impact on your eyesight

I have went on the website and complained of this more than a month ago. I still await feedback

Shocking is not even appropriate anymore to describe the service
