It's so unjust to be treated like a criminal by service providers; Samsung has been having problems with the Samsung Galaxy S4. Having such a good experience with the S2 I decided to get a S4, only to find out by voice of mouth that the S4 has a battery fault to be one of them, I was one of the unlucky customers to have had his battery expand and become UN unable due to this failure on Samsung's part. I was never advised by this by this and purchased a new battery costing almost R400.00 which is a lot; I later contacted Samsung as I was never made aware of this. I logged a call with reference 711215 & been almost 3weeks I have not received not even an ackwoldgement mail or letter from Samsung, is tis the kind of service we receive. I really am appalled by this poor service delivery and would appreciate if my request be attended to. Swell as receive feedback as to why this is taking so long.
