Unhappy with aftersales service

I purchased a top-of-range LG in 2010. A 3-in-1 Washer, dryer & Steam washer. I paid R9200 for the device, and specifically opted for one their most expenses machines at that time, as I wanted something: high-quality, long-lasting, with a long-term warranty and that can do various things, to save space.
My housekeeper told me during the week of 7 November that my machine is making a weird noise. I called LG call centre on 7 November to log a repair technician to repair it/ look at it, so we can get it fixed. I told her immediately to stop using it. Gabriel from LG came to my house, took the entire washing machine apart (in 100's of pieces) and told me that he will be back to repair. Then I received a call from him to say that he can not repair the machine, as they no longer keep stock of the drum and in order to replace the bearings, they have to replace the drum. He offered me a new machine at a discounted price and I told him that it is not an option for me to purchase a new machine at all. Its been 3 weeks and I am yet to get a solution from LG. They also left my machine in pieces and never came (as promised) to put it back together again. I am very unhappy...
