Promises, Promises but no delivery

Vodacom, I KNOW you are aware of the problem of the tower in our area, but WHEN are you actually going to DO something about it? You sent me two sms' acknowledging that you know about the problem and that was three weeks ago, but now the sms' stopped and the signal is just as bad. Even your technician, Alson, promised to keep trying to solve the problem, but it is months later and we can never get hold of him and also, Allan promised about a year ago to keep us updated, but that promise also faded away. So, Vodacom is just promises but that's it.
