Great service, great attitude

My Galaxy S4 has been giving me trouble and after a few weeks of troubleshooting I managed to pinpoint the problem..my battery. I looked online and saw that there had been some problems with some batteries oversees and they were replaced, although the warrantee didnt cover it. So I went in (with my proof of purchase) expecting fight... but was rather greeted with smiles and fantastic service. I walked out 20 minutes later with my phone and a brand new battery! Thank you so much for the service!
