I lodged a complaint about my tv on the 30 sep. My tv required the screen to be replaced after the Samsung agent assessed it. I was informedthat the screen was not available. Since then I have been in contact with Siyabonga from Samsung call centre 08607267864 as I was promised that they would offer me depreciated value in lieu of the spares been unavailable. I have been contacting them almost every day. They do not bother to keep to promises or return phonecalls. I am frustrated.
