2 months later, still no phone

From 6 October 2013 to date, my Samsung S3 has been in for repairs. The service promise of 21 working days is just a fabricated story. What is also more discouraging is the and changing of stories. I'm told today that parts are not available, then they are available but fone has warranty issues, then suddenly the warranty is sorted but spares are not available. Its nonsense that I won't tolerate. With service like this who needs SAMSUNG?
