Incorrect Shipping Address (AGAIN!)

I am generally happy with the products I purchased, but this is the second time I have purchased goods on your website and the second time you have got my delivery address wrong. Your website is so incompetently designed that there is no way to enter the shipping address during the checkout process, and it inserts the BILLING ADDRESS as the default SHIPPING ADDRESS. There is a significant difference between a billing address and a shipping address: one is a PO box number where deliveries cannot be made. I have emailed both sales and Rushaan to correct the address, but have not received a reply.

Please alter my order to reflect the correct shipping address (the one named 'Work' in my account), and then hire someone competent to fix your website.
