SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 BATTERY ISSUES!!!

What the is up with Samsungs Galaxy S4.
Im starting to realized this is the biggest mistake I made of investing in this phone.

a Few months ago they replaced my 1st one only after having it for a month. Reason for the sim card reader just stopped working and the phone could not dectect network.

Now after a few months whenever I start to use heavy apps like the camera/games ect. the phone reboots constantly and shows the battery is low, as soon as the charger is plugged in it goes normal battery percentage.

Now the fools @ the cool centre tells me I need to send the phone back by getting to the closest service centre or my service provider. So they actually want me to go 2 weeks without a phone again wonder how im gonna be in contact with the world.

Its just a shame that a company like Samsung nows that they have battery issues with the S4 not even talking about the overheating issue. Why dont they rather just send me a new battery and get it done with.
Now the lady @ call centre tells me there might be an firmware update women seriously. You really gonna test my knowledge on making sure my phone is up to date I use OTA well as Kies products you supply. Thx
