Phone still doing the same

Electronics and household app.

I have a samsung s3 and the problem is it is extremely slow.

I have send in the phone about 3 times where the store says it has fixed the problem but as soon as i start working on it with my email it is exactely the same.

Please can someone help me. The phone is only 1 year old and still in contract.

Other people with the s3 has no issues.

Please will you assist on this?
