Samsung should take time and get their service agents up to standard, firslty when booking in a phone for quotation on repairs the agent has no clue as to the standard turn around time for the quote to be sent.the job card does not state this etiher, When i called to enquire i was told well they can tell me how long it takes for me to get a quote, i am them transferred from dept to dept, eventually i am otld the service manager Rudolp will call me, up to now he hasnt called me.i went to collect my phone without the quote been sent, the front desk agents attitude is appaling, she has no customer care skills what so ever. Samsung your agents computer repair centre has no idea on service and how to deal with clients. I will never use that service centre again.
