Rip off and misleading customers

I received a twisp from a friend a few months back, I went to the store to find out more about it and what was highlighted to me was that " the only thing I'd EVER need to replace is a athomizer and purchase oil"... Well, I've just come from the store as my athomizer is faulty (get a burn taste when smoking) only to find out that my athomizer is discontinued and in order to get the new athomizer, I'd need to BUY the new battery... This was never communicated to me, I've even bought a new battery a few months back and it was told to me that, " this battery will fit our new athomizers which will be coming out soon " I was even told to buy a ring for the battery in the mean time so that it doesn't leak air... I'm honestly very upset about this as I'm sure I'm not the only 1 complaining about this and I demand to take it further...
