Lack of feedback

Electronics and household app.

I notified Samsung that my microwave was peeling on the inside. They suggested I take it to Liptronics. That was almost a month ago. I followed up with Liptronics last week and was told they had not received any feedback from Samsung. I purchased my microwave in 2010 and have been told that there was a defective batch which was recalled due to inside peeling. Does Samsung have any idea just how difficult it is to cook or prepare food without a microwave these days?
They have acknowledged that there was a problem and that a depreciation percentage would be applied to the new replacement of a new one. Why then has this taken nearly a month to give the go ahead to Liptronics? What adds to the dilemma is that I am having some new cupboards fitted in my kitchen and we are waiting for the dimensions of the new microwave before we can continue. Please can someone contact Liptronics urgently with regards to the replacement of my microwave.
