After 10 MONTHS, Company still arrogant!

I have purchased a brand new 55" 3D TV from this Tier One Group.
I must say, they are pathetic with there futile!
10 months month's later I still have a broken TV, which never worked in the first place. After trying to remedy the issue, the sales person, Jaco Veldsman is adamant and ignorant to the situation.
Furthermore, where do you find that a company refers you to their insurance to claim repairs. That is right, this company or more so, Jaco indicates and stand firmly to say that I must communicate with their insurance to FIX the BRAND NEW TV which I bought from them.
What nonsense is this?
CONSUMERS, CLIENTS, CUSTOMERS, BE AWARE OF THIS AS I AM A TRUE CLIENT WHO ARE STILL SUFFERING FROM THIS SALE.
